I’m working on a big post for tomorrow where I plan to include before and after photos of myself in a bikini. I’ve been feeling a little insecure and unsure of myself lately, so I thought: Yeah! Lets try on bathing-suits! And if I really want to cheer myself up, I’ll make sure and change into them under florescent lighting!
So, because I’m busy doing crunches and writing up tomorrow’s post, I’m serving up this photo Ben took while we were living in Mexico last year. And that’s it. That’s all you’re getting today.
It’s like last week when I was too busy to go to the store. I foraged through the pantry and ended up making rice and beans for dinner. Then, when I placed the platter of rice and beans on the table, Lexi looked up at me and asked, “That’s it? That’s all we’re having?”
Yup, you and the other 70% of the world’s population. Rice and beans for dinner. That’s it.

She really does make good on a threat. I went without dessert and she wrote the Bikini Wars post.
I have forgiven all the bathing suits in the dressing rooms. It's not their fault they can't cover my least favorite body part: my thighs. Yikes. Once I came to terms with that, the other suits seemed to be much more appealing. If only I could walk around with viewing from the hips up, I'd be THRILLED with the pool!
